Echinacea is an herb a lot of people are familiar with. Growing in the Central and Eastern regions of the United States, it was a common herb used in traditional Native American medicine. Being a native plant, it is one we’ve chosen to grow here on the farm, so it is no stranger to us either!

It’s an herb we often rely on during cold and flu season, and our small batch double extraction of the aerial parts of the plant with ethanol, vegetable glycerin and filtered water is a tasty way to bring Echinacea into your routine. Take by adding one dropper to a small volume of water or juice, or Farmer Dave even enjoys placing it directly under his tongue.
