It’s safe to say that we LOVE mushrooms at Open Minded Organics. If you are local to the East End of Long Island you have seen or tasted the organic mushrooms we sell at Farmers Markets and the Farm Stand in Bridgehampton. And eating mushrooms is absolutely our favorite way to access all the beta-glucans and complex sugars that mushrooms have! But we love mushrooms so much we wanted to make sure there was a way for us to share that with you all, no matter where you are and all year round.
Our Triple 1 extract combines the extracts of Maitake, Reishi, and Turkey Tail mushrooms, all of which on their own are wonderful dietary supplement, but when combined together, offer a fantastically nutritious complex of mushroomy goodness!
